Irapuan Noce is a consultant with extensive experience in strategic management and expertise in complex solutions of Information and Communication Technology for large companies.

As Advisor assisted public organizations in strategic planning development and implementation. He was former sales manager at EMBRATEL and had thirteen years of career at IBM working in marketing, sales and engineering positions.

He is also a postgraduate lecturer of marketing, strategic management and management information systems. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
