Annie Madrières graduated in Economics from the Sorbonne in 1978. She started her professional career as a Management Controller at Robert Bosch France. Then, she contributed to the adoption of the general Master Plan for Sales, Technical and Administrative Departments.
In 1993 she co-founded L’Atelier des Métiers, which provides consulting and professional development services to firms. Her work aims at promoting the synergies between people and different forms of work organization in order to help these people to conduct their own professional activities.
Since 2006 she is a psychologist of work, qualified by the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (CNAM).
Annie Madrieres is an active member of the French association “Penser Ensemble le Travail” and of the Club des Pilotes de Processus.
In 2008 she contributed to the edited volume “Processus, la voie de la performance”, published by Éditions Hermès in Paris.
She is the co-author with Dominique Fauconnier of “Comment travailler ensemble ? “, published in 2010 by Editions Eyrolles in Paris.
