Didier Vanoverberghe, is ingeener of the Corps of Mines

He realized his career in a Software Engineering & Consulting Company then in France Telecom Orange

He is member of the scientific council of the ISC Paris Business School, international expert in corporate finance, administrator of the C2P (French Process Club), membership of the American Finance Association.

He is the author of various articles and books on corporate performance:

      - White book on IT ( Open Business Communication Architecture),

      - Author of articles in Corporate Finance in European and world reviews: CRISC, EMEFIR, Risk Management Studies (World scientific studies), article on the IFRS ( “La tribune” 08-2009 ),

He coordinates the writing of the book " Processus, la voie de la performance: un modèle de maturité” (presenting a process maturity model as a  way for performance " (Hermès 2008).

His last book " Le Business Assurance, pour la performance de l’entreprise” presents  a value creation approach, based on Strategy Process and Human Resources levers, for assuring the performance and success of companies,  (published in June 2009, Hermès).
